Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours or at a later date at your convenience. Delivery is made from 8am to 6pm, Saturday to Thursday. Orders made on Thursday may not be delivered until Sunday afternoon, due to the weekend.

All deliveries are FREE over 100 Dhs!

Purchases under 100 Dhs will be charged a 50 Dhs delivery fee and all items are subject to availability at time of ordering. A 25 Dhs delivery surplus applies for accessory only orders.

Paypal

All our items online are available for order through our secure PayPal shopping cart system with any form of credit card or your own PayPal account.  Just click the 'Add to basket' button next to each product you want, then update the quantities in your cart and follow the quick and easy PayPal instructions to complete your order. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Make a note in the PayPal notes section specifying your ideal delivery time and we will endeavour to meet it, or contact you for another time.  Please ensure to enter your phone number for us to contact you.

Paypal will charge your card in US $ Dollars.

 

Cash on Delivery

Please use the Order Form from the menu for non-Paypal purchases or email or phone us (050 6522825) for Cash on Delivery.  Delivery will be dispatched within 48 hours, we will contact you beforehand to arrange a time.  Please enter your phone number for us to contact you.

 

Cancellation & Returns

If you wish to cancel an order that has been placed, this cancellation must be made in writing via email to info@petfooddubai.com

In the event that you wish to return an order after delivery you must inform the company in writing within 7 days. The goods must be unopened and returned at your own expense to the company within 7 days of your notification to cancel the order. If you are unable to return the goods you must make the goods available for collection upon request and within 7 days of your notice to cancel your order. The company shall be entitled to charge you for this collection.  You will not be entitled to a refund of the original delivery charge (if applicable).

The company will not be liable for any costs incurred in the return of cancelled orders. The goods will not be deemed to have been returned until notification is given by the company that the goods have been returned to the address advised by the company.

It is your responsibility to return all goods in the same condition as they were upon delivery.   No bags/pouches that have been opened can be returned.
